They Respond super quickly and go straight to resolve doubts and questions. I am so impressed when I wrote for a problem I have whit one of the joggers pants I bought. The jogger was damaged when I used it for the second time. Francisco Sanchez, he solves this problem in a minute. I have to repeat I am impressed. He assisted me several times and was always attentive and empathetic. You need more employees like him. I'm taking this time to write because people only write's when you have a bad experience and they almost never do it when they do an excellent job.
