Kind of confused

When I ordered my scrubs, I ordered extra extra small bottoms when I receive them I did not pay attention fell in love with the color in the style and put them on the bottom seem to be a bit large, but the last time I ordered scrubs from you guys they were a bit large After a while and a trip to the bathroom. I discovered I was wearing a size medium, and not a extra extra small, I tried to send a message to customer service to see if I was still able to return the mediums, even though I have worn them and I have not heard anything back, though I thoroughly love all of your scrubs I would like my perfect fit
