Nice scrub with hidden charges

I received my order as expected, and the product itself is amazing. However, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee by FedEx upon pickup. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, my concerns were completely ignored. This experience has left me disappointed and has made me decide not to purchase scrubs from this company again. Hidden charges that aren't disclosed at checkout are unacceptable.

I absolutely love these scrubs. Super soft and stretchy. I love that they got rid of the side pockets for the tops. Would order every color in my size if possible.
